SEE THE PLACE. ASK THE QUESTIONS.

Come for a visit.
See what fits.

Maps and photos are a useful beginning. A visit gives you time to walk the property, understand the setting and ask the questions that matter before choosing a lot or home.

Start with your shortlist

Explore the current homesites and houses pages, then send the lot numbers or home options that interest you. Tell us your likely travel dates, what you hope to use the property for and whether you are considering a lot, a construction proposal or another available option.

Inventory and asking prices can change. Ask the sales team to reconfirm availability before arranging travel specifically for one property. A tour request is an inquiry, not a reservation of a lot or an agreement to purchase.

Look at the site, not just the view

During the visit, compare the setting, slope, access and relationship to nearby homes. Ask how the proposed home would sit on the land and which views are visible from the actual building area. Aerial images and concept designs cannot replace an on-site assessment.

  • Ask to identify the lot and review its survey and boundaries with your independent adviser.
  • Discuss access, drainage, utilities and the scope of work still required.
  • Separate completed facilities from planned development and proposed timelines.
  • Request the applicable ownership, maintenance and rental-program documents.

Stay long enough to explore everyday life

A house or condo stay can give you time to explore the wider area around the tour. Try the routes to groceries, beaches and services; consider the journey at the times you expect to use it. Families may want to arrange school visits, while remote workers should test their own working setup.

Accommodation and airport transfers are booked separately unless your written proposal states otherwise. We do not promise a free inspection stay or a credit toward purchase. Use the booking engine for accommodation availability and Getting Here for transport planning.

Leave with a clear next step

After the visit, ask for a written proposal identifying the property, price, inclusions, payment schedule and any conditions. Keep questions about land purchase, building work, recurring fees and rental management distinct so you can compare them properly.

Have your own qualified local adviser review the documents before signing or sending a purchase deposit. A good visit should help you decide whether to continue, request more information or take more time. There is no need to make a property decision on the day of your tour.

BEFORE YOU GO

A few useful answers.

How do I arrange a property tour?

Contact sales with your travel dates, preferred lot or home options and what you would like to see. Ask the team to confirm the appointment before traveling.

Does a visit include accommodation?

No accommodation is implied. Book a stay separately unless a written offer explicitly includes it.

Can I reserve a lot simply by booking a tour?

No. A tour request does not reserve inventory. Ask for the current terms and have the purchase documents independently reviewed.
