Choose the layout that fits your trip
Our two-story house category accommodates up to eight guests, with three- or four-bedroom layouts depending on the house. The single-level category has three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests. Choose by the full group size and the actual bedroom arrangement, not just the headline capacity.
A two-story house gives a larger group room to spread out. A single-level layout may suit guests who prefer living spaces on one floor; confirm the route from parking and any entrance steps if accessibility matters.

For a family, bedroom separation and the route to the pool can matter more than total floor area. For friends, consider how you will divide bedrooms and whether your group wants a shared dining space, outdoor meals or quiet corners between outings.
Your home base for the coast
Use the kitchen for an easy breakfast, explore nearby beaches during the day and return to your own pool and terrace. Surf Ranch Popoyo is a hillside property, not a beachfront house collection. Check our location guide when planning walks, driving and airport transfers.
Private house pools are distinct from the developing resort's main pool and restaurant, which are listed as opening soon. Supervise children around pools and terraces; do not assume a pool is fenced or staffed by a lifeguard.
Plan the booking around your whole group
Enter your dates and complete guest count in the booking engine for current availability and the final price. Rates vary by house and dates; check taxes, payment terms and cancellation conditions before paying. For a group larger than one house, ask about a combination of available homes rather than exceeding one property's capacity.
If you need several weeks, tell us the preferred house type and length of stay. Extended arrangements depend on availability and a written quote. Direct stays earn 2% back in Surf Ranch Rewards points under the rewards terms.
