Surf Ranch Hotel & Resort - Popoyo
Surf Ranch Popoyo is the largest resort in the Surf Ranch resort brand, located in Popoyo, on the Emerald Coast of Nicaragua. Surf Ranch Popoyo is a luxury surf resort spread over 25 acres of ocean view property, a few minute walk from some of the best waves in the world. The resort consists of ocean view condos and houses.
Apartments
There are 18 ocean view apartments in this complex. 3 stories high by 6 apartments wide with the 1st floor including larger units. The apartments include stairways and hallways to reach each room. Each unit has a balcony over looking the Pacific Ocean. The views get better on each level. The parking lot for these units are located in the front of the building, when looking at the diagram above. Each apartment comes fully furnished with all amenities, hot water and air conditioning.
Houses
There are 5 houses with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. By far, the houses have the best views of the whole resort. The houses have over 4300 square feet of space, and each house has a private outdoor pool and comes with 3 - 4 bedrooms. Each house has private parking and a small yard. You can reach the houses by way of the main road. After entering the resort, drive through the first parking lot, then up the hill to your house.
