House 5 has four bedrooms and two bathrooms for a maximum of eight guests. That extra bedroom can matter for friends or two families who want to divide the group across more rooms. The house gallery includes its master bedroom, guest rooms, bunk beds, kitchen, lounge and private pool.
Plan the sleeping arrangement before reserving: a room with bunk beds and a master bedroom serve different needs. Ask for the exact bed allocation for your group rather than assuming every bedroom has the same setup. The gallery also shows living space on different levels, so confirm stair access if mobility matters.
Build your Popoyo days around a comfortable base
Use the house for a surf trip, a family holiday or a getaway with friends. Compare the nearby breaks in our surf guide, plan your airport transfer and leave time for meals and sunsets along the coast. Surf lessons, board rental and transportation are separate arrangements unless your booking explicitly includes them.
Surf Ranch Popoyo is a growing resort. Its main shared pool and restaurant are opening soon; this house’s private pool is a separate amenity. Check your selected booking for all inclusions.
Make the stay work for you
For a group, send arrival and departure dates along with the total number of adults and children. Ask about the exact sleeping arrangement if people need separate beds. Maximum capacity does not mean eight separate beds.
